The PPLiwawa: Empowering Minds, Empowering Lives Community Outreach Services Program spearheaded by the Pangasinan Provincial Library, provided simultaneous lectures from different PGP offices and a feeding program to the high school students of Lobong National High School, San Jacinto Pangasinan. This program aims to provide high school students with an awareness of current issues they face as young adults.
